2.1. “Bringsy,” “our,” “us” or “we” refers to Bringsy Inc., a Delaware corporation.
2.2. “You” or “your” refers to the person accessing or using the Services/Site, or the entity or organization on whose behalf such person accesses the Services/Site.
2.4. “Personal information” is information that is unique to you, and that may be used to identify you, such as your name or e-mail.

We will also collect any additional information you provide such as reviews, ratings, comments, and postings, that you submit to our Site.

In general, the personal and non-identifiable information you provide is used to create a better user experience and improve our Services/Site’s overall functionality. Within that context, Bringsy uses personal and non-identifiable information for the following purposes:

4.2. to analyze Services/Site usage and improve our Services/Site;
4.3. to deliver communications relevant to your usage of our Services/Site;
4.4. for internal market research, detecting criminal activity, and troubleshooting problems;

4.7. to personalize your experience and improve customer service;
4.8. to provide promotional or targeted offers based on locations that actively use Bringsy; and

5. How Do We Protect Your Information?
Bringsy takes the protection of your information seriously, and we have put into place appropriate industry-standard electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards to secure the information.
5.2. Security Measures
We also maintain a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your information. After a transaction, your private information (credit card number) will not be stored on our servers, and is always transmitted in encrypted form. Only certain authorized Bringsy staff can access personal and non-identifiable information, and then only if relevant to their job duties.
5.3. Breach of Security
In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised.
Unfortunately, no information transmission over the Internet can be characterized as 100% secure. While Bringsy uses all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure information security, Bringsy cannot guarantee the security of any information you choose to provide to us, and you do so at your own risk.
We expressly disclaim any liability should any other individuals obtain the information you submitted to us. For any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers or any personal and financial information stored therein, you agree to hold Bringsy harmless for any damages that may result therefrom.
6. Do We Disclose Any information To Outside Parties?
6.1. Contracted Parties
We will generally transfer your information to contracted third parties who assist us in operating our Services/Site, including contracted Sellers and Couriers as defined our Terms of Service. We require that all contracted third parties similarly agree to keep your information confidential.
6.2. Personal Information, Data Attachments
Notwithstanding transfers to contracted third parties who assist us in operating our Services/Site, we do not transfer, sell, or trade your personal information or data attachments to outside parties.
6.3. Non-identifiable Information
We reserve the right to provide your non-identifiable information to outside parties to help us improve our Services. For example, through Google Analytics we may permit Google and others to combine their information with ours to help us better understand our users.

6.5.3. investigate and defend Bringsy against any legal claims or threats;
6.5.4. protect and defend the rights or property of Bringsy;
6.5.5. take action relating to user complaints; or
6.5.6. act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Bringsy, our Services/Site and policies, or the public.

Bringsy may collect your IP address, which is a number assigned to your computer. These are used to monitor geographic traffic for users and combat fraud.

Bringsy does not share any of your personal information or data attachments with third parties for direct marketing. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, Bringsy currently does not share any personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
